New Build

We work exceptionally well with architects as we are able to identify solutions to construction challenges without creating delays in the building process.

Renovations

We have undertaken a number of domestic and commercial restoration and renovation projects. The main focus of these projects has been to maintain the original look of the buildings while creating a modern, safe living environment for the client.

Extensions

We have considerable experience in building quality extensions to client’s existing properties. Extensions provide a cost effective solution to increasing space in a home enabling clients to maximise the potential of their home without the stress of moving and the associated costs. We place great importance on reducing the impact our works have on the remainder of the house and the residents to minimise stress and disruption. We provide a quick, reliable service and listen to the client’s requirements ensuring we exceed expectations.

Planning

We are passionate about design and have a track record of delivering high-quality, contextual schemes.

We approach each scheme with a unique vision of how to ensure quality design, whether modern or traditional, every scheme has character and is distinctive.

We undertake the full range of planning applications including pre-application discussions, outline and detailed planning submissions.

Applications include Design and Access Statements and often involve a development team approach based on earlier feasibility studies.

Technical

We undertake the full range of working drawings, including detailed optimisation of the design for sales values and commerciality. We deliver technical packages to agreed deadlines while offering a highly developed and build-able solution with the on-site team in mind.

Feasibility

To determine a site’s optimum value we create feasibility layouts which allow detailed assessment of planning potential and commercial awareness. We work with a team of consultants reviewing the constraints and opportunities of the site, analysing and creating a successful infrastructure, and testing the viability of the scheme.

Mayfair Country Homes have historically purchase and develop our own sites from historic rural barns, creating luxury homes for people to enjoy once the completed homes are on the market. However we are able to assist clients in finding a site and creating bespoke luxury homes working in tandem with the client utilising our skill and knowledge as well as utilising our contacts and supply chain.

Buying

If you are interested in purchasing a completed home from Mayfair Country Homes we are willing to work with you to locate a site, and manage and coordinate the development all the way through to completion.

We provide a dedicated one-to-one service to make sure your new home is the best investment you’ll ever make, and that it’s just right for you.

We’ll work with you to tailor the perfect package, offering the flexibility and care of an independent local developer combined with the professionalism of a national house builder.

Help to Buy

The Government created the Help to Buy scheme to support people in buying their own homes. With Help to Buy you need just a 5% deposit and the Government provides an equity loan of 20% of the property’s value. If you don’t have a solicitor appointed we can recommend a leading local independent solicitor to advise you. These solicitors have a full understanding of our contracts making the buying process an easy one.
